If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Surgoinsville foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Surgoinsville homeowners connect to a basement problem.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Surgoinsville crews handle most.
A flooded Surgoinsville basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews get it out and start drying the space the same visit.
