We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Our Surgoinsville crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
Our Surgoinsville crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Surgoinsville technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.

A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Surgoinsville basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A Surgoinsville sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
This is one sign we tell Surgoinsville customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
Whatever's going on with your Surgoinsville property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Surgoinsville foundation cracks with epoxy injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Surgoinsville pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →Some Surgoinsville properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Surgoinsville homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We handle below-grade waterproofing for Surgoinsville property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what Surgoinsville customers can expect from first call to final walkthrough.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
We've heard every Surgoinsville horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
We'd rather earn a repeat Surgoinsville customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Surgoinsville claim.
Every Surgoinsville job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
If a covered repair doesn't hold up, we come back and make it right — no arguing, no extra invoice. That's written into every Surgoinsville contract we sign.
